Aayesha Ejaz is an illustrator, graphic designer and storyteller based in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Aayesha enjoys visual storytelling revolving around personal narratives, food and animals. She reflects on incidents that evoked an emotion in her, and strives to make these moments digestible and comforting for herself, and the viewer. She shares mundane things (for instance, how to make a makeshift pizza as a broke college student!) in an endearing manner with humility and humor.
She recently wrote and illustrated a heartwarming graphic memoir for her MFA Thesis Project at Washington University in St. Louis.
When not working, Aayesha’s always thinking about what to eat next or planning her next adventure in the city!
